Right at Home is a leading provider of in-home care, supporting people to live independently, safely, and with dignity in their own homes. We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Casual On-Call Support Workers to join our team and assist clients across the community.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Community Home Care Worker, you’ll travel between clients’ homes to deliver personalised, person-centred care and support. This role offers flexibility and variety, with services that may scheduled between 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide domestic assistance, including light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
• Offer social support and transport, such as accompanying clients to appointments, shopping, or social activities
• Assist with mobility and use of aids, including walking frames and wheelchairs
• Monitor and report on clients’ health, wellbeing, and safety
• Participate in remote team meetings and virtual training sessions as required
