EXPRESSION OF INTEREST – PLANT OPERATORS (GERALDTON TERMINAL)

We are currently seeking expressions of interest for Plant Operators to join our talent pool for current and upcoming opportunities at our Geraldton Terminal.
This pool recruitment process will be used to fill casual, permanent, and fixed term vacancies that may arise over a 6-month period from the finalisation of the recruitment process.

THE ROLE

As a Plant Operator, you’ll play a vital frontline role in the grain supply chain, working closely with growers, contractors, and fellow team members to sustainably create and return value to growers.
Our Operations can run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with increased workloads required likely during peak harvest periods.
You’ll receive comprehensive training, including the opportunity to gain Nationally Recognised Competencies such as Front-End Loader, Skid Steer, Confined Space Entry, and Working at Heights.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Operation of machinery such as front-end loader and forklift
• Grain sampling, receivals, and maintaining plant hygiene
• Control room operations
• Working in physically demanding conditions, including bending, climbing, confined spaces, heights, and hot/dusty environments
