Casual opportunity for candidates with warehouse & forklift experience Australian Iconic brand Training and Career Progression are available Valid forklift license required The Role The Casual Bulk Production Operator supports day to day manufacturing activities across bulk cheese, maturation, milk receivals, whey powder, and butter departments. This role involves operating and monitoring processing equipment, performing cleaning and sanitation tasks, and maintaining high standards of food safety, quality, and workplace safety. The position requires flexibility to work across multiple production areas and variable shift times (including night shift and weekends), the ability to follow standard operating procedures, and a strong team-focused attitude in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Respect and observe the Bega Cheese values and Policies and Procedures. Follow Bega Cheese Standard operating procedures. Monitor and operate production lines, troubleshoot and report any issues. Monitor the process and reject non-conforming product. Operate forklifts & perform other duties as requested. Correct sampling and testing of products and accurately completing log sheets. Ensure worksite is maintained in accordance with housekeeping procedures. Provide training to other employees where required. About you Experience in a manufacturing /warehouse environment Valid forklift license & warehouse experience (highly desirable) Team collaboration and ability to work independently. Basic numeracy and literacy skills, along with sound computer and technology skills. Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
