About the Team:  The Casual Professional [Student Advising Assistant] provides first-contact support and referrals for current and prospective students across VUHQ Student Service Centres. Working as part of a collaborative team, SAAs assist with resolving student enquiries in a timely and supportive manner. The role also helps students navigate administrative processes and access relevant resources to support their success at Victoria University. SAAs work closely with domestic, international, TAFE and higher education students, as well as CUAs, Student Advisors and university staff. The position may also liaise with prospective students, families and members of the general public. About the Role:  Casual Professional [Student Advising Assistant] plays a pivotal role in supporting our students at Victoria University. As the first point of contact for current and future student enquiries, you will be supporting our students to navigate university systems and processes, their personal and academic goals, and setting them up to get the most out of their student experience.   In this role you will work closely with our Advisory teams, Student Administration and college staff to support domestic, international, TAFE and higher education students. Our Service centres are across multiple campuses.
