JOB SUMMARY

As part of the NetApp CloudOps division, our mission at NetApp Instaclustr (www.instaclustr.com) is to make it easy for customers around the globe to run powerful open-source applications at scale - like Cassandra, Kafka, PostgreSQL, OpenSearch, Cadence, Valkey and ClickHouse, across both on-prem data-centres and in the cloud.
The NetApp Instaclustr engineering team is responsible for building, maintaining and operating the platform that allows us to provision and reliably keep thousands of distributed application servers running worldwide.
We are seeking individuals who are undergraduates or currently pursuing the degree in IT or business/commerce/accounting (or related discipline) based in Canberra for a Casual Project Support Officer (up to 19h/week during semester and 39h a week during university break) to work alongside our engineering teams and assist the project manager in planning, reporting and other project support activities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Demonstrated Computer Literacy Skills (Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to analyse, organise and present data
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in written and verbal English.
  • Ability to follow processes and procedures when required.
  • Willingness to talk to people to get information and coordinate activities
  • Must have the right to work in Australia.
  • Must be able to work approximately 19h/week during semester and 39h/week during university break
