POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Casual Property Inspector to join our team in Townsville. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, has a keen eye for detail, and possesses strong interpersonal skills.
Hours: 10-20 hours per week
Pay: $31 per hour
Days: Weekdays only (Monday to Friday)
Typical Hours: 9 am - 2 pm, 2-4 days a week
Roster: Advised the week prior

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Must hold a valid car licence
• No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent interpersonal skills; friendly and approachable, with the ability to interact positively with tenants and landlords
• Strong attention to detail to accurately identify and report on property conditions
• Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to working the scheduled hours and days

• Conduct thorough inspections of rental properties throughout Townsville and surrounding suburbs
• Complete detailed inspection reports to ensure properties are maintained to standard
• Take high-quality marketing photos of properties as needed
• Communicate effectively with tenants and landlords to provide updates and address any concerns
• Manage time effectively to complete inspections independently and on schedule
