We are currently seeking a casual receptionist to join our team on Thursdays. The ideal candidate will also have flexibility to cover shifts from our lead receptionist as required.
As a receptionist, you will be the main point of contact for both patients and fellow therapists. This role is ideal for someone with great communication skills, an ability to learn things quickly, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Greet and check-in patients upon arrival
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries related to appointments, services, and clinic information
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring accurate records
• Handle patient billing, payments, and insurance inquiries
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow clinic policies
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, updating patient records, and general clinic duties
• Liaise with insurers, lawyers, doctors, and other necessary correspondents to enhance patient care
• Ensure the clinic is clean, organized, and welcoming for all visitors
• Provide support to clinic staff as required
