The Relationship Room Psychology Services – Casual Medical Reception Role
We are seeking a motivated and hard-working individual to fill a casual administrative role in our psychology practice situated in Balmain East. The role will consist of 1-2 shifts per week, including after hours (until 9pm) and weekend work. The role will consist of typical administrative tasks such as taking phone calls, organising appointments, online diary management and liaising with clients & staff.
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience of reception work (psychology/medical reception desired).
- Warm personality with person-facing, client-centered experience.
- Proficiency with technology (including Microsoft Office) and is a fast learner.
- Flexible with hours of work.
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience in psychology and/or allied health services.
- Experience using practice management software, specifically Power Diary.
