We are currently seeking experienced and passionate Casual Registered Nurses to join our team, delivering person-centred care across the Gold Coast South region.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Right at Home RN, you will support clients in their own homes with clinical and wellness-focused care that aligns with individual needs, preferences, and goals. You’ll work with a diverse range of clients, including aged care and NDIS participants, promoting health, independence, and quality of life.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct clinical assessments
• Wound care, medication administration, and continence management
• Health monitoring, reporting, and clinical documentation
• Support for chronic disease and post-acute care
• Collaboration with care coordinators and allied health providers
• Educating and supporting care staff and family members
• Delivering services in line with best practice and care standards
