• Provide person-centered support that caters to the unique needs, preferences, and goals of each resident. Promote their independence and ensure their overall well-being.
• Assist residents with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and medication management. Your presence will bring comfort and confidence.
• Create a vibrant living environment by planning and facilitating recreational and social activities. Encourage participation and meaningful interactions that promote social connections.
