• Proven retail sales experience (1+ years preferred).
• A flair for connecting with customers and turning browsers into buyers.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
• A team player attitude with a strong work ethic and reliability.
• Familiarity with spiritual tools, natural products, or boho fashion is a major plus.
