We are seeking a casual sales associate for our boutique in Mosman, to give a great shoe shopping experience to all our customers and to help the Edward Meller brand shine. If you are passionate about customer service, have a love for shoes and fashion then this could be the role for you. Must be available Friday and Saturday.
Duties of role
- Maintain excellent standards of customer service
- Build and develop customer loyalty
- Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up issues to resolution
- Merchandising and general store operations
