We are on the lookout for enthusiastic Casual Rowing Coach/Assistants to join our vibrant team. You will work within a committed coaching team, delivering high-quality rowing instruction and fostering a positive and supportive environment. In this role, you will support rowers across all levels of the program, helping them develop strong technique, confidence and teamwork in a safe and encouraging setting.  The Role: * Support and promote rowing techniques and terminology adopted by the Carey rowing program * Manage crews in a mature and efficient way whilst enforcing safety protocols * Create a positive, encouraging atmosphere where rowers of all levels can thrive * Act in line with and model Carey's core values of Care, Respect and Growth at all times The Person: To be successful in this position, you will have: * Experience in and knowledge of rowing * Excellent communication skills and an ability to work with students of varying abilities * Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills * Ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve their full potential A valid Employee Working with Children Check and current Anaphylaxis Accreditation are requirements of employment for this position.
