Share information about in-store promotions and loyalty benefits. Handle cash and card transactions accurately. Maintain a high standard of store presentation and cleanliness. Support replenishment and ensure the shop floor is ready for trading each day. Deliver consistent, high-level customer service in line with the Flannels brand. Actively offer add-ons and alternative product suggestions where appropriate. Ensure full compliance with all Flannels policies and procedures.
