USC, a leading fashion retailer, is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Casual Sales Assistant to join our team in Stirling, United Kingdom. As a Casual Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.

• Provide outstanding customer service, assisting customers with product selection and enquiries
• Operate the till and handle cash transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and tidy shop floor, ensuring products are well-presented and properly stocked
• Assist with visual merchandising and store displays
• Keep up-to-date with current fashion trends and product knowledge
• Support the team in achieving sales targets and key performance indicators
• Participate in stock takes and inventory management as required
• Adapt to a flexible working schedule, including evenings and weekends

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic maths skills for cash handling and transactions
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
• Keen interest in fashion and current trends
• Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential
• Experience in visual merchandising would be advantageous
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
