As a Casual Sales Assistant at USC, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. You’ll also play an important role in maintaining store presentation and working as part of a dynamic team.

Job Description

• Welcoming customers and providing assistance with product selection.
• Offering expert advice on the latest trends and promotions.
• Processing transactions at the till quickly and accurately.
• Ensuring the shop floor is well-presented, with stock replenished and displays up to standard.
• Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and fashion trends.
• Supporting the store team with day-to-day operations.
• Assisting during in-store events, promotions, and seasonal sales.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous but not required.
• Passion for fashion and a keen eye for current trends.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Team player with a proactive approach to tasks.
