With our first DFO store opening in Australia at South Wharf, we’re on the hunt for passionate and fast paced Sales Associates to support our team and create an exceptional retail experience. As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer feels welcomed and has a positive experience by:

  • Using your exceptional customer service skills, sales techniques, and product knowledge to help customers find the perfect products and drive sales.
  • Quickly and positively find solutions for customers, ensuring a responsive and engaging interaction, with diligent follow-up.
  • Address complaints and objections swiftly and professionally, turning potential issues into positive experiences.
  • Help protect company assets and procedures by promoting loss prevention practices.
  • Ensure the sales floor and stockroom are clean, well-organised, and inviting for customers.
  • Confidently handle cash and digital transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Contribute to maintaining high brand visual standards, always ensuring excellence in product presentation.
  • Support with replenishment and pricing duties, including preparation for sales and promotions as neede
