QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or front desk roles preferred
• Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Flexible availability to work Saturdays and some weekdays

• Greet and assist clients with enthusiasm and professionalism upon their arrival
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and assisting with membership inquiries
• Actively engage with clients to understand their fitness goals and recommend appropriate services
• Effectively communicate studio offerings, promotions, and membership options to potential clients
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio front desk area
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience
• Perform additional duties as needed to support the smooth operation of the studio
