Job Description Responsibilities You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes: Welcoming and assisting staff, visitors, and contractors. Conducting regular safety and security patrols. Ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures. Supporting emergency protocols, including evacuations and searches. Keeping vigilant, reporting incidents, and preventing disruption. Accurately maintaining records of all activity and handovers. Manage keys and perform locking/unlocking duties. Maintain accurate logbooks and issue visitor passes. Handle lost property per site procedures. Book on/off shifts and make check calls per company policy. Complete paperwork and handovers efficiently. Perform additional duties as requested by management Deliver outstanding service and resolve issues professionally.
