REQUIREMENTS

• SIA Door Supervisor Licence (valid and up to date)
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
• A calm and composed manner, even in high-pressure situations
• Ability to work flexible hours, including late nights and weekends
• Previous experience in event, venue, or crowd management security is desirable

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a member of our Security team, you’ll play a key part in delivering a secure and smooth-running experience at events and performances. You’ll manage access control, monitor audience behaviour, and respond confidently to incidents—always with professionalism and care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide a visible and reassuring presence throughout the venue
• Carry out bag checks and monitor access points
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, or emergencies appropriately
• Liaise with theatre management and emergency services where needed
• Support the Front of House team in maintaining order and customer safety
• Complete incident reports and logs accurately
