The Council of the Isles of Scilly is recruiting for the post of Senior Care Assistant on both a casual and permanent basis.
The role will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management and smooth running of the islands small residential care home. You will be required to lead shifts when required and support best practise in the care of older adults.
Working closely with the senior care team you will ensure that the home maintains the highest standards of care at all times.
Candidates will need a strong understanding of safeguarding and have demonstrable skills in compassion, respect and empathy.
