We’re looking for energetic and motivated Gym Attendants to join our Defence team at the Kapooka Military Area (Blamey Barracks) in Wagga.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

Successful candidates will be required to:

• Undergo a pre-employment medical

• Undergo a National Police ClearanceReference checking

You’ll supervise Defence gym facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for members. Working alongside Defence Physical Training Instructors (PTIs), your role includes:

• Opening/closing duties and equipment checks
• Supporting new members with facility orientation
• Monitoring equipment use and assisting with set-up

• Reporting maintenance issues and safety concernsProviding excellent customer service and upholding site protocols
