Shrewsbury School seeks to appoint a Sports Coach for Hockey. We are looking for candidates who are qualified to a minimum Level 1 and have a first aid qualification (although we can provide this with in-house training).
Ideally you will have experience of working with young people, be passionate about sport with the ability to hold engaging sports coaching sessions. The successful candidate will be leading coaching sessions with junior (13-15 years old) and senior (16-18 years old) age groups and attending fixtures. Shrewsbury School has its owns Sports Coach pay scale, and the successful candidate will be placed on this pay scale based on their coaching qualification level and experience. In addition, you can have use of the school sports and library facilities and lunch in Kingsland House when coaching.
