The Role: Carey Baptist Grammar School are currently accepting applications for an experienced and qualified coach to deliver and oversee the Strength & Conditioning Programs across the middle and senior schools. May involve coaching group fitness classes for the Carey Co-Curricular Sports Program. The Person: To be successful in this position, you will have: Experience in programming, planning and implementing Strength and Conditioning programs Excellent communication skills and an ability to work with students of varying abilities Ability to engage effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders, including students, staff and parents An understanding and commitment to implement the Carey Positive Learner Attributes with students Current NCAA qualification in Strength and Conditioning First Aid, CPR & Anaphylaxis Accreditation Available Monday - Friday from 6.30am - 8.00am & 3.00pm - 5.00pm.
