Pro Motion Calgary is looking for one motivated individual to work in our clinic. The ideal candidates will enjoy the challenge of keeping our dynamic clinic running smoothly.
Hours are casual, with potential for greater hours depending on full/part-time admin holiday needs. will take place between 2:00-6:00PM Fridays, and 8:45-3:30 every second Saturday.
The duration of this position is primarily from May 1-September 6, but there is potential for winter hours also.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience as a Medical Office Assistant or relevant medical office experience is a benefit
  (Kinesiology/MOA/Pre-med/Business/Marketing students are encouraged to apply)
• Excellent computer and typing skills
• Proficiency with Google Docs, Drive, Sheets needed
• Experience with medical insurance portals beneficial
• Knowledge of JANE clinic program would be beneficial
• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Ability to work calmly under pressure

• Work front-end reception for chiropractors, physiotherapist, massage therapists, osteopaths, counsellor, Naturopath, and acupuncturists.
• Bill and track third-party insurance
• Contribute to our team environment by providing warm front-end reception support in the clinic
