We currently have an opportunity for a Casual Support Services Supervisor to join our Health and Education team and play a key role in leading safe, high-quality soft services that support critical hospital operations across the Orange site, within a 20 days on / 8 days off rotating roster (7.6 hours per day). Please note this is a Casual oppurtunity. What You’ll Do This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: * Lead and supervise soft services teams (cleaning, waste, linen, materials and wardspersons) to ensure services are delivered safely and to contract standards. * Champion a Zero Harm culture by promoting safety, compliance and wellbeing across all activities. * Coordinate daily operations, rosters and workflows to meet service demands within NSW Health requirements. * Build strong, respectful relationships with hospital stakeholders, supporting responsive and professional service delivery. * Support continuous improvement initiatives, encouraging ideas that enhance quality, efficiency and team capability.
