ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Experience working with people living with disabilities.
• Competency in using hoists and other manual handling equipment.
• Comfortable working in environments with dogs and other pets.
• Current First Aid & CPR certification.
• Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join our team in Frankston. This role involves providing high-quality, person-centered care to individuals living with disabilities, helping them achieve their goals and maintain independence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance (e.g., showering, grooming, dressing).
• Safely operate and assist with hoists and other mobility equipment.
• Support clients with household tasks, community participation, and recreational activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
• Build trusting relationships with clients and their families.
• Follow care plans and ensure all support provided aligns with NDIS and company standards.
