Experienced Disability & Mental Health Support Workers

Gold Coast to Logan

Koahanii is seeking experienced, reliable and compassionate Support Workers to join our growing team across the Gold Coast and Logan areas.

We are looking for people who have genuine experience supporting individuals with disability, complex needs and mental health challenges, and who understand the importance of providing respectful, person-centred support.

We’re looking for Support Workers who have:

• Experience within disability and/or mental health support
• Confidence supporting participants with complex or challenging behaviours
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A calm, professional and compassionate approach
• Reliability and the ability to work independently
• A genuine commitment to participant choice, dignity and independence
• Availability for a range of shifts across the Gold Coast to Logan region

Relevant industry qualifications, current screening requirements, First Aid/CPR, a driver licence and reliable transport are highly regarded/required depending on the role.
