Responsibilities

ABOUT YOU AND THE ROLE

At CSI, we provide the highest standard of care to our clients who partner with us to allow them to live their life, their way. You will provide a wide range of in-home support, which may include assisting clients with personal are needs, domestic activities, transportation services and social support.
Some shifts may also require assisting clients with complex personal needs as well as using lifters and providing transportation services.
Please note that as a Support Worker you will be required to have and willing to use your personal smart phone for work purposes as well as a reliable and safe motor vehicle (if providing transport shifts).

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE

  • Passion for helping and supporting those who are living with a disability
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (Disability, Aged Care, Mental Health)
  • Current DHS Child-Related or Disability Clearance and Working With Children Check
  • Current valid Police Check (within the last 6 months)
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Unrestricted Drivers’ Licence and roadworthy-ensured vehicle if transporting clients
