QUALIFICATIONS (ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING)

• AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming & Water Safety
• AUSTSWIM Teacher of Adults
• AUSTSWIM Towards Competitive Strokes or AUSTSWIM Teacher of Competitive Strokes (or willingness to obtain within 3 months)
• ASCTA Coaching Accreditation (Development or higher) or Swim Australia equivalent

THE ROLE

Coach adults of all experience levels, from nervous first-timers to advanced swimmers refining technique. You’ll deliver boutique, tailored sessions that prioritise safety, confidence and measurable improvement. We value experience and expertise that produce excellent teaching outcomes.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Coach adults of all levels with tailored, goal-aligned sessions that build confidence and skill
• Use Momence on your own smartphone to check in swimmers, record notes and manage rosters
• Tailor technical feedback and session plans to individual needs to accelerate progress
• Enforce water safety and venue rules, with sound injury-prevention and management practices across a wide adult demographic
• Contribute to our social presence by capturing simple, consented photos/videos and sharing short updates within brand guidelines
