Federation TAFE – SMB and Gillies Street Campus Casual appointments Rates of pay will vary according to the qualifications held and nature of the work undertaken About the role Federation TAFE are seeking to fill various casual positions within Cookery, Agriculture and Horticulture/Landscape Construction. You will be responsible for the development, teaching and assessment of the relevant TAFE programs. You will: conduct assessments; develop innovative learning activities and assessment strategies; use a wide range of teaching and assessment strategies; and prepare, deliver and administer vocational training and education programs. About you To be considered for this position, you will have demonstrated: a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or a diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education; possession of a vocational qualification relevant to the trade; minimum 4 years relevant trade experience with the ability to plan, prepare, deliver and assess training programs; exemplary communication and interpersonal skills; and ability to effectively utilise online learning platforms and technologies.
