The TechUP Programme based in the Faculty of Science are looking for an adminstrator to support the delivery of our mentoring programme. The role is for 2hrs a week over 8 weeks during February and March 2026 Role Responsibilities Mentoring Administrator Casual Grade 5 Under instruction and following appropriate training: Respond to stakeholder queries, providing advice and problem solving to meet requirements Plan and monitor work activities and information to ensure objectives are met Work with team members to ensure an appropriate service is provided, suggesting and making improvements as appropriate Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver an effective service Update data and produce reports, carrying out research and analysis as required Organise meetings and events, disseminating necessary information To apply for the role please complete the online application process, uploading a copy of your CV and covering letter.
