ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Currently enrolled in tertiary education.
• Completed Australian Curriculum Year 12.
• Confident in tutoring English and Maths (Primary) and your chosen subjects (Secondary).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Your own vehicle and valid driver’s licence.
• Availability to tutor a minimum of four students weekly (1.5-hour sessions).

YOUR ROLE AS AN APT:

• Provide personalised English and Maths tutoring to students in their homes.
• Mentor students, building their self-belief and study strategies.
• Deliver engaging 1.5-hour sessions, tracking student progress and providing feedback to families.
• Participate in our “Teachable Moments” training to enhance your mentoring skills.

Selected APTs also have the opportunity to join our School Programs – highly structured, curriculum-aligned tutoring roles delivered in partnership with leading schools.

As a School Program Academic Personal Trainer, you’ll:

• Deliver structured group lessons with other APTs aligned with the Australian Curriculum
• Support students academically and emotionally within the school setting
• Reinforce key learning strategies using our STAR framework
• Act as a mentor and role model to students who need guidance
• Be part of a prestigious, purpose-driven program that creates lasting impact
