Rubyos is on the lookout for friendly, professional, and motivated wait staff to join our small, vibrant team.
We’re looking for someone who:
✅ Has at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
✅ Possesses strong wine & spirits knowledge
✅ Can confidently carry 3 plates
✅ Has good cocktail-making skills (a bonus, but not essential)
✅ Is a true people person, with a passion for providing exceptional service, recognising regulars, and anticipating guests’ needs
✅ Has excellent communication skills and enjoys working in a team
This is a casual position, with 2–3 shifts per week, including Friday and Saturday nights.
