ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Warehouse Operator, you will work in a growing team to ensure all goods to our site are unloaded, received, checked, stored and picked in a safe and timely manner. You will work collaboratively with the Inventory, Quality and Production teams to ensure all teams are aligned. This role will be a Casual position at our Military Vehicle Centre of Excellence in a still-new and well maintained warehouse.

As a Warehouse Operator, you can anticipate some of your day-to-day tasks to include:

• Unloading freight from trucks and receiving incoming goods;
• Checking for damages and for discrepancies between goods and invoices;
• Re-packing goods as well as picking / packing / put-aways into racking; and
• Ensuring accurate documentation, labelling and storing of product is adhered to.

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes:

• Proven experience working in a large warehouse environment;
• SAP system experience (desirable) or large ERP system experience;
• Competent in the Microsoft Office suite;
• LF (forklift) license (essential);
• Eligibility to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required)
