CASUAL YOUTH WORKER

Safe Places for Children UK have an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and dedicated casual team members to join our growing charity to provide therapeutic care to some of the most vulnerable traumatised young people.
Safe Places for Children UK have originated from Australia and have brought over their researched Integrated Practice Framework over to the United Kingdom to help generate and create a new therapeutic residential service for young people.
Position Title: Casual Youth Worker
Casual Rates: £14.11 per Weekday Hourly Rate, £16.28 Weekend Hourly Rate and £70.00 Per a Sleepover
Employment Type: Casual Position
Reports To: Registered Manager
Location: Nantwich, Cheshire East

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 Years’ experience in working with challenging behaviours; preferably within a Registered Residential Service.
• A Level 3 qualification with a relevant discipline such as Youth Work, Social Work, Health and Social Care etc.
• Have held a UK Driving Licence for more than 1 Year and no more than three penalty points.
• Able to get a positive and clean Enhance DBS Check or on the Update Service
