Key Responsibilities• Accurately assess a range of simple and complex claims, evaluating liability and quantum and considering all relevant factors, including special investigation and recovery.• Identify complaints and customer expressions of dissatisfaction, handling issues effectively or escalating to the appropriate level of management.• Negotiate claim settlements to a successful conclusion, delivering high levels of customer care and maintaining a professional claims service at all times.• Engage with key stakeholders and clients to ensure a fair and robust investigation of each claim case, following specific handling guidelines and best practice frameworks.• Attend and contribute to periodic review meetings with brokers, solicitors, and other external parties as required.
