Due to the development and continued growth of the firm’s personal injury EL / PL department, it is now seeking to appoint a Litigation Executive who will be accountable for managing your own caseload advising on liability and quantum on fast track and multi track cases to £100,000.
The ideal candidate will have experience handling litigated cases involving employers liability/public liability.
You will be running the cases from initial instruction to include witness statements, reviewing complex disclosure, instructing counsel, attending conferences and trials, considering quantum and making offers of settlement.
