On top of daily output, you also need to deliver high accuracy audit result.This role is crucial to the Cx Audit function, with a primary focus on enhancing overall audit integrity and quality. What You Will Do Perform audit operation on regular or special catalog data with Clear comment Helping managers to execute the actions that help to improve quality level or reduce human errors. Collaborate with team members to achieve the goal, meet the KPI. Act as a team player, honoring team with integrity and reputation. Basic Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PPT and Google Sheets (comfortable with basic filters and formulas) 1–2 years of administrative or operational support experience Able to follow instructions and organize tasks based on team goals Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work well with different teams Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting team operations or managing schedules Experience assisting with onboarding or training sessions Strong reading and writing skills in English Recruitment Process Application Review - Phone Interview - Onsite (or Virtual Onsite) Interview – Offer The exact nature of the recruitment process may vary according to the specific job and may be changed due to scheduling or other circumstances.
