Description

THE TEAM

Deliveroo is on a mission to be the definitive food company. We want to be the platform that people turn to whenever they think about food. We continue to operate in a competitive marketplace but have achieved so much over the past year, including significant growth in our New Verticals business - Grocery and Retail.
We continue to innovate and challenge ourselves on what we should deliver next to achieve our mission. We are investing and building out teams to help us launch new innovative products. It’s an exciting time to join and while we have made great progress, we are just getting started! This role will be based in our main office in Dubai, where we operate in a hybrid model.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1–2 years of experience in content operations, e-commerce, retail, or similar data-focused roles
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to manage large data sets accurately and efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured, process-driven approach to content creation and optimisation
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English (required) and Arabic (preferred)
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As a Catalogue Management Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a high-quality product catalogue across all partners. You’ll curate item names, categories, images, and descriptions in alignment with our brand standards. You’ll also support ongoing content clean-up, sprint initiatives, and large-scale partner onboarding, working closely with the Category and Account Management teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Curate and optimise partner catalogues to ensure menus are complete, accurate, and conversion-ready.
  • Create, update, and manage product listings (SKUs) using internal tools across a wide range of grocery and retail partners.
  • Standardise item names, categories, and tags to enhance product discoverability and deliver a consistent customer experience.
  • Enrich product pages with high-quality images and compelling descriptions, leveraging AI tools and creative inputs.
  • Collaborate with account managers, content providers, and design teams to launch fully merchandised catalogues for key campaigns and promotions.
