About the Role:
Catalogue Manager is a brand-new role at Hakim Group. You’ll lead optimisation of the catalogue structure to enable efficiency in practices, accurate pricing, margin delivery and enhanced CRM and customer experience
You’ll have the opportunity to innovate the ways we work and contribute to our continued growth.
This role is office-based at our HQ in Darwen. BB3 1AE

Responsibilities

Your core focus is creating and managing processes to optimise the timely and accurate input and maintenance of our product catalogues. You will own the roadmap to continually improve this function

  • You will lead the Catalogue Coordinators, assisting with daily queries, and providing guidance, direction, and support for personal development.
  • Develop plans to increase the breadth of our catalogues across all categories
  • Work closely with our Commercial Finance and Data teams on product hierarchies and master data to optimise reporting and insight
  • Identify and implement projects aimed at enhancing category performance.
  • Work with Commercial and ESG teams to incorporate sustainability attributes (e.g. eco materials,
