Additionally, Catalysts are promoted to online industry audiences via TM Forum’s Catalyst web pages, marketing and social media channels and our Inform research and content hub. Catalyst projects are aligned with the collaboration work of TM Forum, thereby bringing best practices and standards from collaboration programs to life in real-world scenarios to prove the value of these assets. The outputs of a Catalyst project include white papers, case studies, best practices, lessons learned, API specifications, models, frameworks and reference code. Summary Description: The TM Forum Catalyst Operations Coordinator provides essential support to the Catalyst Operations managers and the broader Catalyst program. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth execution of the Catalyst cycle, handling administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and contributing to the overall success of the program. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for supporting innovation. Skills and Responsibilities Provide operational support to Catalyst project teams (70+ submissions, 50+ final projects, 200+ companies, 1000+ members annually) Oversee, manage, and delegate tasks from the shared team mailbox. Managing CRM system processes and data entry through all stages of the Catalyst cycle (Experience in JIRA and Salesforce preferred) Communicating and reinforcing timelines and deadlines to keep teams on schedule Co-ordinate with other departments to ensure alignment through clear communication. Execute and support catalyst activities at live events, including oversight of the stage presentations Oversee operational communications for the Catalyst team, including weekly check-ins, reminders, cycle deliverables, and timeline updates Address administrative needs across all operational functions, providing solutions and support as necessary. Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external inquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication. Identify opportunities to improve Catalyst program operational processes and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency.
