As a Category Advisor, you will be working the front lines, talking with customers about recording and pro audio related products, including microphones, interfaces, monitoring and more! Category Advisors connect with hundreds of customers and exude the Sweetwater Experience, by providing an amazing customer interaction, paired with strong technical knowledge. QUALIFICATIONS

• Self-motivated and empathetic with strong people skills
• Great verbal and written communication chops and strong typing skills
• Previous experience in music industry sales, or previous experience and hands on training with recording or pro audio equipment
• Gear Head: You love talking about the latest gear with others who share your passion

• Give gear advice on recording products & accessories
• Educate customers on several categories of gear, which include a wide variety of topics such as microphones, interfaces, monitoring, software, plugins, and more
• Follow up on orders to provide outstanding customer service through a variety of different communication methods
