Job Description Provide required data & give analytical support to the higher management to maximize commercial performance Developing/support in developing new reports (Trackers & Dashboards) according to the need of internal audience Circulating analysis of commercial campaigns and making recommendations for store, category, supplier and even sales force (team) level Analyze data to monitor performance (Sales, Margin & Income) and plan improvements Ensuring accuracy & health of reports generated Ad Hoc reporting for any of the internal stakeholders in question Identifying Cases of non-compliance with respect to the set reports & feedback collection Act as a point of coordination between commercial teams and management to ensure alignment and follow-through. Qualifications University degree, preferably in Economics, Business Management with a specialisation in Finance or related subjects Additional Information Experience 2-3 years of experience in business analysis and design Functional Skills Proficiency in CRM, sales reporting, excel and business analytics tools. Responsibilities
