THE POSITION

Are you ready to drive impact across some of the most dynamic sales channels in the industry? We’re looking for a Category & Trade Marketing Manager to join our passionate team and help shape the future of our retail marketing strategies.
In this pivotal role, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver powerful category stories that communicate latest trends and influence range review recommendations with customers. To support these recommendations, you will develop and deliver insights led activation plans that deliver market share growth for our brands and the customer category. You’ll be the bridge between brand strategy and customer execution—ensuring our products are not only seen but chosen.
This is a hybrid role based in our Bracknell Head Office.

Responsibilities
  • Category Leadership: Identify growth opportunities and champion the rollout of Category Vision and innovation across the Retail sector
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work hand-in-hand with Brand, Sales, and Commercial teams to align on category priorities and customer opportunities
  • Customer Engagement: Support Sales in top customer meetings with compelling category stories that influence range and activation programs
  • Drive Strategy & Execution: Lead the development, implementation and evaluation of ranging, distribution, promotional, and visibility strategies across the Retail channel
  • Own Activation Plans: Take charge of customer materials, marketing programs, and promotional campaigns—ensuring flawless execution
  • Budget Management: Oversee the Trade Marketing budget, supporting toolkits, merchandising, and category management initiatives
  • Performance Tracking: Appoint merchandising teams or conduct audits to ensure compliance with KPIs like SKU availability, pricing, and POS placement
