About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled administrator to join our Category team based in our Support Office in Penrose. This role will see you providing key support to the Category Team’s system maintenance activity whilst assisting with a variety of administrative tasks that will see you gaining invaluable insight to the Category function.

  • Ensure that data is accurately maintained in our internal databases,
  • Responding to branch queries and assisting across different category activities, you’re the hub of the wheel ensuring delivery of efficient support to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Deliver efficient administrative support to the Category Team as required

ABOUT YOU:

We will be looking for the following skills and experience:

  • Ability to build meaningful working relationships and great helping attitude are crucial to support and connect the team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • You will thrive in a fast-paced environment able to provide support in different areas at one time but driving all tasks to an end in a timely manner
  • Super organized with high attention to detail, getting right into the nitty gritty of processing information
  • Previous experience in administration highly preferable
  • Computer proficiency particularly Microsoft Excel
