Position Summary Join our innovative team and contribute to the growth of a leading electronics industry player. We are seeking a motivated professional to drive product strategy and maximize market impact within our Samsung Eco-System, focusing on smartwatches, tablets, and earbuds. Role and Responsibilities Responsibilities: Lead the GTM (Go-To-Market) process for new eco-system products, including smartwatches, tablets, and earbuds. Manage promotions, including planning, execution, and analyzing sell-in and sell-out results to achieve product targets. Define and execute long- and short-term strategies for a selected product category. Achieve business objectives, including sales results and category positioning. Manage pricing policies, product offerings, and negotiate terms for new product launches. Analyze market trends, competition, and internal data to inform decision-making. Oversee the long-term product lifecycle and implement demand planning and forecasting. Co-create marketing and trade marketing strategies. Prepare and present comprehensive, multi-dimensional reports related to product management. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations. Utilize management systems such as NERP & GSCM effectively. Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, retail partners, SCM, and trade marketing, for supply planning and business execution. Skills and Qualifications Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role (such as Junior Product/Category Manager or Senior Product/Category Specialist), preferably in consumer electronics or similar industries. Preferred experience in product management and planning in the consumer electronics or FMCG industry; preferred experience in managing accessories, electronic components, or consumer electronics products. Ability to think analytically, draw conclusions, build assumptions, and present them effectively. Strong communication skills, quick learning ability, good memory, systematic approach, sense of responsibility, proactive action, and engagement. Ability to seek new solutions and market segments, systematically observe the competitive environment, and initiate changes.
