The Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Category Lead – Hospitality to join Crown’s Procurement team, reporting to the Category Manager Hospitality. This role plays a key part in executing strategic sourcing initiatives and embedding category strategies that align supply solutions with internal client needs and long‑term business objectives. Working closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers and the wider procurement function, you will drive sourcing outcomes across hospitality categories while balancing strategic priorities with day‑to‑day operational requirements. This role contributes directly to cost optimisation, supplier performance and sustainability outcomes across Crown’s business. Key responsibilities include: Executing strategic sourcing initiatives to optimise cost, quality, delivery and technology standards Managing the day‑to‑day sourcing of goods and services in line with overall category strategies Partnering with the Revantage Sourcing Hub to execute go‑to‑market activities Working closely with business units to understand needs and provide strategic procurement advice Driving supplier risk management, innovation and sustainability initiatives across the category About You This role suits an analytical procurement professional who enjoys working across both strategic. You’re confident engaging with stakeholders, comfortable managing suppliers and motivated by delivering practical sourcing solutions that create measurable value. You will be comfortable working with data to be able to support decision making You will bring: Strong influencing, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills, both internally and externally Well‑developed communication and presentation capabilities Experience in contract preparation, sourcing and tendering activities A proven track record of identifying and delivering cost reduction opportunities A degree in Business, Commerce, Quantity Surveying, Facility Management or a related discipline On top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
