Accelerate pet category performance by identifying trends and growth avenues that meet pet parents and business partners needs, translated into portfolio, category space and shelf layout strategies that maximize the purchasing experience.
Sustain Category Captaincies with top Customers by developing category management strategies that translate into accelerated category growth.
Shopper and channel trends insight generator to drive actions that potentialize pet care category growth and Mars category leadership.
Responsible for the development of the Category Team

• Sustain category captaincies with top customers.
• Operationalize regional and global frameworks in the Mexico
• Provide insights to improve perfect store picture of success per sales channel
• Design channel toolkits (strategy, assortment, price, promotion, shelf)
• Provide category insights and recommended actions to accelerate pet food growth.
• Provide category insights trends for brand innovation pipeline
