Description
Responsibilities * Support the implementation of category strategies and plans by working closely with business units to drive cost optimization and meet operational needs. * Conduct market research and spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and support data-driven procurement decisions. * Plan and execute sourcing activities, including preparing RFX, developing evaluation models (technical & commercial), and collaborating with cross-functional teams. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to negotiate key commercial terms and support the finalization of contracts, including non-standard terms where required. * Review and manage supplier performance to ensure alignment with business requirements, service levels, and continuous improvement. * Identify and implement innovative procurement solutions that enhance efficiency, generate savings, and improve overall service delivery. * Track and analyse category spend to ensure compliance with sourcing strategies, achieve savings targets, and identify additional opportunities. Requirements * Bachelors's Degree in Quantity Survey, Procurement / Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Business Administration or any related fields.  * 7 to 10 years working experience in Procurement of technical materials / services, engineering or similar areas.  * Strong understanding of category management, sourcing processes (RFX), and contract negotiation, with the ability to perform spend analysis and market assessment. * Familiar with procurement systems (e.g., ERP) and driven to identify cost-saving opportunities, process improvements, and operational efficiencies.
