This Position reports to: SCM Manager You will be mainly accountable for: Developing and implementing category strategies for Active/Passive electrical components in alignment with company business objectives. Leading supplier selection, performance management, and negotiations to secure competitive and compliant agreements. Driving continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives. Working together with cross functional team to guarantee supplier on-time delivery and quality performance to the target. Ensuring strong stakeholder collaboration across project teams to contribute to company business development. Monitoring market trends and innovations in responsible categories and maintaining supplier landscape dynamically. Qualifications for the role: You are highly skilled in strategic sourcing, category management, and supplier relationship management You have 5+ years of experience in Sourcing function. You bring experience or familiarity with MS Office, Power BI, Ariba, SAP, and supplier analytics tools You are passionate about sourcing, sustainability, and improving supplier performance through innovation and analytics. Degree in Electrification and Automation, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; advanced degree or professional procurement certification (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) is an advantage.
